Your work will empower ML and backend engineers, analytics teams, and product managers to unlock new opportunities in how our users communicate and operate on the platform.
The Difference You Will Make:
As an Engineering Manager in the C&C Data team, you will lead and grow a team of talented data engineers who build and scale the data foundations that enable our communication products to thrive.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing data across the entire C&C product portfolio (Notifications, Messaging, Hosting Services, and Partner Ecosystem). A critical part of your mission will be to partner closely with our Machine Learning teams to architect data pipelines that enable intelligent features and fulfill complex data needs. Additionally, your team will be the driving force behind the development and governance of key metrics across the entire C&C organization.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to solve the right problems with high-quality, reliable data. Your work will directly empower our platform to deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right user.
A Typical Day:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
