This role is designed for a seasoned data professional who bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic architecture. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Data Warehousing and BI, specifically within the public sector or government contracting space. Because this is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) position, you’ll need to demonstrate deep technical mastery in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling, as well as the leadership skills to mentor engineering teams. While the role is primarily remote, it requires a **hybrid commitment of one day per week** in the Bethesda/DMV area.
