## About your role

Deal Desk partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Success,and Renewal Managers to efficiently close deals that benefit both our customers and Juniper Square.

The Deal Desk Analyst will have a team-oriented mindset and serve as a key point of contact for Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Managers on all deal-related matters, both big and small. This role involves managing day-to-day inquiries related to Salesforce, quote building, deal structuring, approval processes, and discount management. A critical aspect of this position is a strong desire to support others in achieving their goals and taking satisfaction in their success.

The Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting our global Quote-to-Order process. Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, this foundational hire will play a pivotal role in refining processes, enhancing systems, and fostering a service-oriented approach to drive efficiency and growth across the organization.

## Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000. Actual base salaries will be determined by candidate-specific factors, including experience, skill set, and location, as well as local minimum pay requirements, as applicable.
