This role is designed for a seasoned automotive industry expert with a deep understanding of dealership operations (Sales, F&I, or BDC). It is a high-visibility, consultative position perfect for someone who enjoys "talking shop" with dealer principals and executives. You will act as a strategic advisor, moving beyond simple product training to influence how 30,000+ dealerships grow their business using online marketplaces and software.
While listed as remote, this is a "field-heavy" role requiring residency in Southern California and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. The compensation package is competitive ($91k–$114k) and includes equity (RSUs), which is rare for many dealer-facing roles. It offers the stability of a profitable, publicly-traded tech company while allowing you to remain deeply embedded in the automotive community through conferences and workshops.
