This role is ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, or high-volume call centers. The perfect candidate has a strong grasp of medical billing practices and understands the nuances of patient financial responsibility. Since this position involves discussing sensitive financial matters with patients and families, you need to balance assertive collection techniques with empathy and clear communication. As a hybrid role based in Nashville, you’ll enjoy a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration (4 days per week in-office). This is a high-impact position within a rapidly growing behavioral health company, offering the chance to manage critical revenue cycle functions while ensuring patients understand their costs.
