You should be highly proficient in actuarial software, 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing, and PBGC filings. If you are a technical "plan geek" who enjoys the mechanics of valuations and plan coding but also possesses the leadership skills to mentor junior staff, this position offers a clear path toward a Senior Specialist (Level III) designation.
