Summary

This role is ideal for a mid-level frontend specialist who thrives at the intersection of UI design and engineering. You should have at least 3 years of experience and a portfolio that demonstrates "pixel-perfection." While you’ll be writing production-ready React code, your primary focus is on the look, feel, and motion of the product, bridgeing the gap between static Figma files and functional components. The position offers a strong remote-first culture with a competitive salary ($120k–$150k for mid-level) plus equity and bonuses. Standout perks include 100% employer-covered health insurance, an automatic 401k contribution, and bi-annual company retreats. Since the company is backed by Y Combinator and supports 25,000+ veterinary hospitals, you’ll be working on high-impact software that modernizes animal healthcare. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Consider yourself a "CSS Guru" who can build complex layouts and micro-animations from scratch. * Are obsessed with design systems and love building modular, reusable React component libraries. * Want to be involved in the design process starting from the wireframe stage. * Have a portfolio or GitHub that showcases highly polished frontend implementations.
