Summary

This is an elite role for a hybrid creative-developer who lives at the intersection of high-end frontend engineering and visual design. While listed as mid-level, the expectations lean toward "Senior" or "Staff," requiring at least 5 years of experience. You should be a master of the Vercel ecosystem, capable of building high-performance, polished marketing surfaces and "logged-out" web experiences that serve as the company's front door. The compensation is top-tier (up to $294k base in high-cost areas) and includes equity in a high-growth industry leader. You will have immense creative license to lead design-driven projects, with the flexibility of a remote-first culture (unless you live near an office hub). It’s a chance to set the standard for the "AI-native web" using the very tools the company builds. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Can bridge the gap between Figma designs and production-ready Next.js code with "pixel-perfect" precision. * Have a portfolio that demonstrates a sophisticated eye for typography, layout, and smooth motion/interactions. * Are comfortable working with CMS platforms (like Payload) and leveraging data to drive SEO and conversion experiments. * Obsess over Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and browser performance.
