You should have a deep background in building identity graphs, managing ETL pipelines, and governing web analytics data. The "perfect" candidate is someone who understands the technical architecture of data platforms like BigQuery and Trino but can also speak the language of marketing attribution and conversion tracking. The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($109k – $215k), offering significant upside for highly experienced architects.
