# Job Description Summary

Le/La Directeur(trice) des Opérations Commerciales & de l’Expérience Client est un rôle de leadership senior et transverse, responsable de la performance commerciale, de l’adoption client et de la création de valeur clinique pour l’activité internationale MIM Software.
Ce poste se situe à l’interface des Opérations Commerciales, du Marketing Clinique, du Customer Success et de l’Implémentation Clinique, avec pour mission d’assurer un parcours client fluide, scalable et orienté résultats — depuis l’accompagnement pré‑vente jusqu’à l’adoption post‑vente et la génération de valeur à long terme.
Le/La titulaire du poste collabore étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Product, R&D, Affaires Cliniques et Régions afin d’accélérer la croissance, renforcer l’excellence opérationnelle et améliorer l’expérience client à l’échelle internationale.
