Summary

This leadership role is ideal for a document management expert with a deep background in Life Sciences and GxP compliance. The "Director" title is slightly unique here, as it focuses heavily on **customer adoption and value strategy** rather than traditional people management. You’ll need a mix of technical data analysis skills (to build KPI dashboards) and "visionary" storytelling abilities to convince pharmaceutical executives to modernize their quality processes. The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($125k – $300k), offering significant upside for highly experienced candidates. As a Public Benefit Corporation, the company offers a mission-driven culture with high flexibility; this is a **fully remote** "Work Anywhere" position with moderate travel (20%). It’s a strategic, cross-functional role where you bridge the gap between product development and long-term customer success. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have 5+ years of experience specifically in **GxP Document Management** or Quality Systems. * Are comfortable analyzing usage data to identify "at-risk" customers and building ROI models. * Excel at creating high-impact collateral (webinars, case studies) that challenges industry status quos. * Can translate complex SaaS features into "Day-in-the-Life" transformations for IT and Quality leaders.
