Progressive Leasing is hiring a Director, Customer Journey Analytics & Testing for their Purchasing Power segment. This hybrid role in Atlanta, GA, focuses on optimizing the eCommerce customer experience to drive conversion, demand, and revenue. You might be a good fit if you: * Have 7-10 years of experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics. * Possess strong experience in conducting A/B and multivariate tests for e-commerce sites. * Have an in-depth understanding of page optimization and website personalization. * Can write queries and structure reports from large datasets.

We are seeking a Director,Customer Journey Analytics to lead the optimization of the end-to-end eCommerce customer experience to exceed conversion, demand and revenue goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to developing personalized, impactful customer solutions and has a strong grasp of the analytics and operational details that power a high-performing eCommerce team Your scope of responsibilities will encompass building a best in class practice covering website measurement, reporting, analysis, optimization, & data governance.
