This role is designed for a seasoned attorney with at least 5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of employment law and litigation management. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of law firm and in-house experience, with the ability to navigate global regulations while acting as a strategic partner to People and Finance teams. You should be equally comfortable managing high-stakes whistleblower or class-action claims as you are drafting internal policies.
The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($124,800 - $388,800), reflecting the leadership seniority of the role, and is supplemented by a robust benefits package including 100% employer-paid health coverage for employees. The position offers significant flexibility with a fully remote option (for those outside San Ramon) and involves high-level strategic influence, reporting directly to the SVP of Legal.
