JOB SUMMARY:
This is not a “reporting-only” FP&A role. You will be the CFO’s right hand—owning the financial narrative of the business, helping leadership make decisions and ensuring we focus on what actually matters.

## RESPONSIBILITIES:- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team on planning, performance, and decision-making
- Own the financial model and forecasting process; continuously improving it
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing re-forecasting cycles
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting (KPIs, dashboards, board materials)
- Partner with Sales and leadership on pricing, deal support, and growth strategy
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities—and communicate insights clearly (not just data)
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting Team to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts
- Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic initiatives (including M&A if applicable)
- Assist in additional debt and equity financings as well as audits
- Improve processes, tools, and outputs across FP&A
## REQUIREMENTS:- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- 3-5 years leading FP&A
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, etc.)
- Maintains the highest standard of financial accuracy and reliability
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and how financials flow
- Ability to balance detail and strategy—you know when to go deep and when to move on
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate numbers into insights
- Demonstrates strong accountability and ownership of financial outcomes.
- Operates with independence and accountability in a fully remote, results-focused organization
- BS/BA degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, MBA preferred.
Bonus if you have:- Experience with tools like Intacct, CRM systems, or FP&A platforms
- Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A
