We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

## The Role

Abridge is building the intelligence layer for healthcare. We've grown fast, and we're hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the engine that turns awareness into pipeline and pipeline into momentum.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of paid, demand generation, social, and lifecycle marketing—reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'll inherit a strong team and a genuine category-defining opportunity. We want a player-coach with sharp strategic instincts, a brand mindset, and a bias for experimentation.
