The ideal candidate has deep experience in the e-commerce, creator platform, or marketplace space and is comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly scaling startup. You should be a "player-coach" who can pitch C-suite executives one hour and dive into data-driven performance metrics the next.
The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$260k to $295k**, supplemented by a robust benefits package including a 4% 401k match and generous allowances for home office, wellness, and childcare.
