This role is designed for a seasoned commercial leader with over 10 years of experience in high-growth ecosystems like e-commerce, creator platforms, or management consulting. You should be a "player-coach" who can navigate C-suite negotiations one hour and dive into data-driven seller performance modeling the next. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and a track record of scaling strategic partnerships.
The compensation is highly competitive ($260k–$295k) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match and generous stipends for wellness, childcare, and "dogfooding" the app. While the culture is remote-friendly, this is a hybrid leadership position requiring proximity to the New York or San Francisco hubs to facilitate high-level strategy and team collaboration.
