GEICO is seeking an accomplished Director of Litigation Oversight and Compliance to lead litigation oversight and compliance strategy for GEICO Staff Counsel, setting operational standards and driving measurable performance improvements across teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Litigation and Operations Strategy in partnership with Staff Counsel leadership and key stakeholders to strengthen audit readiness, improve governance and policy controls, enhance case management technology, and deliver clear reporting on risk, metrics, and outcomes.
