Summary

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned M&A professional who thrives in a "player-coach" capacity. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically leading end-to-end integrations in the SaaS, marketplace, or tech sectors. Since this is an **individual contributor** role at the Director level, it is perfect for a strategic operator who enjoys "doing the work" rather than managing a large internal team. The role offers a highly competitive salary range ($181,750 - $326,000) and the flexibility of being **fully remote** (within 21 supported U.S. states). You will be a key player in the Strategy and Corp Dev org, influencing the roadmap of a Nasdaq-listed leader in the gig economy. Perks include unlimited PTO, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and 401(k) matching. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully led multiple cross-functional integrations from pre-close diligence through Day 1 and long-term value realization. * Are comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and influencing C-suite executives without formal authority over their teams. * Possess deep expertise in building M&A playbooks and KPIs for technology companies. * Are looking for a remote-first culture that values operational rigor and high-level strategy.
