This leadership role is designed for an entrepreneurial sales executive who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase of product development. You are the ideal candidate if you have a strong background in GTM strategy, specifically launching new technologies within the SaaS, AI, or cloud sectors. This isn't just about managing a team; it’s about "cracking the code" on repeatable sales playbooks for next-generation products like agentic AI and multi-product platform solutions.
The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($207k – $300k+ depending on location) and the flexibility of a fully remote, "remote-first" work culture. You will have a high degree of influence, serving as the bridge between R&D and Global Sales. Beyond the base pay, the package includes equity, corporate bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, all while working at the forefront of AI-driven communications.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have experience in Corporate Development, M&A integration, or leading "intrapreneurship" at a major cloud provider.
