Work type: remote
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $151,000 – $215,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is built for a high-performing operator with a background in "hard" finance or consulting who has transitioned into the startup world. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience, specifically blending the rigor of investment banking or management consulting with the agility of a Strategy & Ops or GM role at a high-growth health tech or marketplace company. You should be a technical strategist who can build a SQL dashboard one hour and lead a cross-functional executive review the next. The compensation is highly competitive, with a total cash potential reaching up to **$258,000** (base + bonus) plus equity. While the listing mentions "fully remote," the requirements explicitly state you must be **in-person in New York City**, suggesting a hybrid or localized office culture. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will directly influence the clinical capacity of a rapidly scaling mental health platform. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have 3+ years of "Big 3" consulting or IB experience followed by 3+ years in a fast-paced startup. * Are highly technical with data, specifically proficient in **SQL**, Excel/GSheets, and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker. * Have a proven track record of managing OKRs, capacity planning, and complex cross-functional operations. * Are comfortable "getting your hands dirty" to build processes from scratch rather than just managing existing ones.
