The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who can build a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in designing global retention and expansion programs for both SMB and Enterprise segments. Experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly preferred. As a 100% remote position, this offer provides significant flexibility alongside the stability of a fast-growing, established cybersecurity firm. You will have direct ownership of a global budget and play a critical role in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through advanced segmentation and advocacy programs (like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights). The Director of Customer Marketing will own and evolve Keeper’s global customer marketing strategy to drive engagement, product adoption, retention, and expansion across all customer segments and key regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a player-coach role: you will lead and scale a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational excellence, building programs that measurably improve activation, net revenue retention, and expansion outcomes through upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy initiatives.
