This role is designed for a seasoned B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and is a "full-stack" demand generator—equally comfortable architecting complex Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies as they are diving into HubSpot and Salesforce data to find conversion bottlenecks. You’ll lead the growth engine for two category-leading AI and data products that already serve a massive portion of the PropTech market. The Role
As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll architect a modern demand engine that scales with us as we grow and compete head-on with the biggest names across our ApartmentIQ product suite. Working closely with Marketing Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field teams, you'll launch high-impact initiatives including digital, content, events, direct mail, and outbound tactics that drive expansion into new verticals, convert high-value accounts, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
