Director of Engineering – Agentic Engineering at five9

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned engineering leader ready to build a "ground floor" team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate has deep roots in Conversational AI and Customer Experience (CX) technology, specifically someone who has transitioned from traditional NLP/IVR systems into the modern world of Generative AI and Large Language Models. You should have at least 5 years of management experience and a proven track record of hiring and scaling engineering teams in India. You will spearhead the development of "Agentic" AI—autonomous agents capable of handling complex B2B customer service workflows in sectors like healthcare and finance.
