This role is designed for a high-level revenue operator who thrives on building "engines" rather than just managing them. You are likely an execution-heavy leader with 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically navigating the $10M to $50M+ ARR scaling phase. You should be a "power user" of modern go-to-market tech, possessing deep HubSpot expertise and a genuine obsession with using AI (like Clay and LLMs) to automate and accelerate the sales funnel.
The position offers a fully remote environment with a high degree of autonomy; you will essentially serve as the COO’s right hand in rebuilding the commercial operating system. While the salary isn't disclosed, the package includes performance bonuses, equity with refresh opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
