This role is designed for a seasoned marketing operations leader with at least 5 years of experience, specifically within highly regulated industries (such as insurance or finance). You should be a "player-coach" who enjoys both high-level strategic planning and the hands-on technical work of building dashboards, optimizing workflows, and managing marketing automation stacks.
