This role is designed for a seasoned SaaS sales leader with a background in the healthcare provider market—specifically behavioral health. The ideal candidate has moved beyond individual contributions and spent at least three years coaching and scaling high-performing Account Executive teams. You should be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and have a passion for building structured, repeatable sales processes within a fast-paced startup environment.
The position offers a strong compensation package ($190k–$200k base + variable) and significant equity.
