This role is designed for a strategic B2B leader with at least 5 years of experience in partnership or business development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling global reseller agreements and managing the full partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation. While a background in the food industry is a major plus, the focus is on someone who can navigate cross-cultural business landscapes and drive revenue through a network of referral and technology partners. A standout feature of this position is the fully remote flexibility combined with a leadership-level impact, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $110k–$120k plus a performance-based bonus. Scope of Position: The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role will focus predominantly on building a robust network of referral partners and establishing reseller agreements on an international scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in partnership development.
