## Job Description
Experian's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business is looking for an accomplished Director of Product Management to lead our Financial Products team. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you will hold an important leadership role. You will set the strategic direction for our AI-driven personal finance product suite. You will advocate for innovation that delivers scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions to our customers.
As the leader of the Financial Products team, you will shape the vision, mentoring a group of product managers, and ensuring understanding of our goals. This visible role will requires collaboration with executives and senior leaders across the organization.
You will:
- Guide the strategic roadmap for the Financial Products portfolio, leading the team to innovate and deliver the best AI-driven experiences in the financial products space.
- Define and champion the vision for automated/AI-driven personal finance management journeys, addressing complex customer problems and differentiating our paid value proposition in the market.
- Lead a team of product managers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, customer obsession, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of our paid membership offerings, using customer insights to improve retention and user satisfaction.
- Direct product development projects, partnering with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver new features, manage priorities, and ensure execution.
- Lead integration and partnership strategies, managing technical relationships with all partners to expand and scale product capabilities.
- Champion enhancements to internal systems, tools, workflows, and supporting business growth through process improvement and automation.
- Be an important liaison with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory standards.
## Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in product management
- Experience leading product management teams, with experience in the financial technology or AI-driven products sector.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, guide innovation, and provide impactful solutions.
- Cross-functional leadership Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with a history of collaborating with engineering, design, and partners.
- Expertise in leveraging customer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Experience with regulatory considerations in financial services, with experience partnering with compliance, legal, and risk teams.
