Job Description
# Role
The Director of Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and workflows that power the Advisory Practice revenue engine. This role exists to make revenue predictable, measurable, and actionable across marketing, sales, and client lifecycle.
You are responsible for building and operating the core infrastructure behind revenue. This includes CRM architecture, attribution, forecasting, and automation. You ensure every stage of the client journey is tracked, connected, and usable for decision-making.
This is a hands-on builder role. You start as the first dedicated RevOps hire, taking ownership of an in-progress HubSpot implementation and evolving it into a reliable, scalable system. You are building the foundation, not maintaining a finished system.
You work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client success, and leadership. Your output directly impacts how the business allocates spend, forecasts revenue, and identifies growth opportunities.
# Responsibilities
- Own the revenue systems architecture across HubSpot and supporting tools, including data structure, automation, and system integrity
- Build and maintain end-to-end attribution linking marketing spend to pipeline and closed revenue
- Develop forecasting infrastructure including pipeline analytics, conversion rates, cycle times, and revenue projections
- Design and implement RevOps workflows that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and standardize reporting
- Ensure data quality and governance across the full client lifecycle, including completeness, consistency, and reliability
- Partner with marketing, sales, and client success to identify pipeline gaps, improve conversion, and support revenue decisions
# Requirements- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience with CRM architecture, including custom objects, automation, integrations, and data modeling
- Proven track record building or rebuilding RevOps systems from scratch or near-scratch
- Strong understanding of the full revenue lifecycle, including attribution, pipeline mechanics, and retention
- High analytical rigor with experience building dashboards, diagnosing data issues, and driving decisions from data
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor while owning cross-functional systems and priorities
# Results- Revenue data is accurate, complete, and trusted across marketing, sales, and leadership
- Forecasting accuracy is within +/-10 percent of actual revenue on a rolling basis
- Marketing attribution is fully connected from spend to closed revenue and usable for decision-making
- CRM and reporting workflows operate with minimal manual intervention and low error rates
- Pipeline visibility is clear, with defined conversion rates and identifiable bottlenecks
- Leadership can access real-time dashboards without relying on ad hoc reporting
# Schedule- Full-time, onsite in Las Vegas, NV
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on business needs
- Occasional extended hours during planning cycles or major initiatives
# Location- Las Vegas, NV (onsite at HQ)
- Relocation support provided
# Compensation- $175,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus
- The salary range may be inclusive of several levels applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is inclusive of base salary only, not benefits.
