The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience selling digital media or enterprise software to pharmaceutical companies and a proven track record of managing high-performing account teams. You should be comfortable navigating complex, high-stakes sales cycles and have a strong grasp of healthcare marketing analytics and measurement. The compensation package is highly competitive, offering a broad base salary range ($135k - $300k) plus potential bonuses and stock.
