## About the Role

As Director of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in evolving Passport’s Brand Sales organization through its next phase of growth. You will lead a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives, helping them navigate complex deals, sharpen their craft, and consistently deliver results - all while operating in a scaling, fast-moving environment where your ideas and leadership will meaningfully shape how we evolve our selling process.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role is ideal for a leader who loves building and who finds energy in coaching teams through a competitive, growing landscape. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, partnering closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a more seamless, effective go-to-market motion.
