This role is designed for a seasoned operations leader with a background in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or data center operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing complex technical deployments and leading teams of project managers and implementation engineers. You should be comfortable bridging the gap between high-level executive strategy and technical execution involving virtualization, networking, and automation. Vultr offers a standout benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical premiums, a 4% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, and unique long-term perks like a one-month paid sabbatical every five years and annual anniversary bonuses. With a recent $3.5 billion valuation, this is a high-growth environment where you can scale global service delivery processes. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a deep understanding of cloud architecture and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes. * Experience managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects and meeting strict enterprise SLAs. * Thrive in "hands-on" leadership roles where you still enjoy troubleshooting deployment pipelines. * Prefer a remote-first culture that provides dedicated stipends for home office setups and professional development.
