This role is designed for a seasoned HR leader with at least 12 years of experience, specifically within high-growth tech environments. The ideal candidate is a "systems architect" who has scaled companies through hypergrowth (1,000+ employees) and ideally through a pre-IPO phase. You should be an expert in Workday and possess the analytical rigor to turn raw data into strategic insights using SQL and visualization tools. The compensation is highly competitive ($210k – $280k/year) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match and a 16-week parental leave policy with a "gradual return" month. While the role is "remote co-located" near major hubs (NY, SF, LA, or Seattle), you’ll enjoy a $0-ego culture that prioritizes action and offers unique perks like a "dogfooding" budget to shop on the platform. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have led global HR operations across multiple countries, including international compliance and entity setup. * Can alternate between presenting a 3-year roadmap to the C-suite and debugging Workday security roles. * Are an expert in building "Shared Services" models that streamline onboarding, payroll, and employee requests. * Prefer fast-paced, high-impact environments where you can build the "operational backbone" from the ground up.
