You should have a proven track record of managing legal teams and a strong desire to build scalable processes in a fast-paced, "ship-fast" engineering culture. The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary ranging from **$310k to $340k**, plus equity and bonuses. While based in San Francisco with a 3-day in-office hybrid schedule, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape the legal strategy for the "AI-native web" and experiment with integrating AI agents into legal workflows.
