# What Part Will You Play?

Lead the product vision and strategy for the Global Payments Intake platform. Define and maintain a robust roadmap that reflects the needs of merchants, internal underwriters, partners (including ISVs and Wholesale), and global regions. Align intake workflows with broader corporate initiatives, including our underwriting platform (UCM) integration and future onboarding platforms.

Oversee all stages of product management for the Intake platform—from ideation to delivery to monitoring. Ensure Intake products are built to be modular, flexible, and extensible for multiple use cases including international expansion, complex partner needs, and conditional approvals.

Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Underwriting, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Customer Support) and external partners. Champion intake improvements that drive measurable business value and user experience improvements.

Lead development of flexible, interoperable workflows to support varied merchant and partner journeys (e.g., sales-led to self-serve transfers, board-now-complete-later flows, region-specific data routing). Ensure the platform accommodates handoffs between roles and supports collaborative session completion.

Integrate fraud detection and identity/account verification into Intake workflows. Maintain partnerships with third-party services (e.g., credit bureaus, ID verification providers, account validation APIs, and open banking). Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in each target region.

Drive instrumentation for full visibility into user behaviors, drop-offs, bottlenecks, and completions within the Intake process. Leverage analytics to prioritize roadmap enhancements and resolve production issues effectively. Guide your team to track KPIs including application throughput, conversion rate, and approval time.

Ensure seamless user experiences for merchants and partners across desktop and mobile interfaces. Build a framework for optimizing flows for simplicity, speed, and clarity. Establish UX guardrails for intake forms, document capture, e-signature integration (e.g., DocuSign), and partner customization.

Lead API and platform-level integration strategy across UCM, or Boarding Applications, Merchant Account applications/portals, ISV platforms, and global lead forms. Ensure backward compatibility, system stability, and scalability across channels and regions.

Work with our underwriting team to define and oversee functionality that tracks post-boarding changes in merchant information that may impact underwriting status or merchant health. Ensure alerts and internal workflows are triggered appropriately to maintain compliance and risk posture.

Extend the capabilities of Intake to support international business units by enabling multi-lingual, multi-currency, and localized regulatory-compliant configurations. Champion regional customization while retaining core Intake product architecture.

Hire, mentor, and lead a team of product managers across varying levels. Foster a high-performance culture of innovation, customer-centric thinking, and results-driven execution. Act as a coach and subject matter expert across cross-functional product leadership forums.
