Director, Professional Services at CDW

This role is designed for a seasoned Professional Services leader with at least 10 years of experience in technical consulting or cloud services, including 5+ years managing other managers. The ideal candidate is an "operator" who thrives on running a tight ship—someone who can balance the high-level strategy of capacity planning with the hands-on nature of resolving complex customer escalations. As a fully remote leadership position, this role offers significant autonomy to own the entire delivery engine. You will be the primary driver of gross margin, utilization, and backlog conversion, reporting directly to the Practice VP.
