This role is designed for a seasoned SaaS leadership professional with a deep background in customer retention and revenue protection within the EMEA market. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing renewals or sales teams, specifically within complex B2B subscription environments. The ideal candidate is someone who balances a people-first coaching style with a highly analytical, data-driven approach to forecasting and operational efficiency.
