This role is designed for a seasoned data leader with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within high-growth marketplaces, e-commerce, or social media. You should have a proven track record of managing teams of 5+ (scaling up to 20) and a deep interest in the financial side of data—managing P&L integrity, revenue levers, and billion-dollar GMV opportunities.
