You should have a proven track record of managing teams and a deep technical understanding of GTM tech stacks (CRM, BI tools, and automation). The ideal candidate thrives on building "operating systems" for growth, moving easily between high-level strategy with Finance/Legal and technical data governance. The position offers a highly transparent compensation model, typically anchoring at a $216k midpoint, with adjustments for high-cost-of-labor areas like NYC or California.
