You should have 8–12 years of experience within AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS, specifically working with performance-driven platforms. The ideal candidate isn't just a trainer; they are a "sales architect" capable of translating complex product features into compelling narratives that resonate with CMOs and performance marketers.
