Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned operations leader with at least 12 years of experience in high-growth ecosystems or top-tier consulting. You should have a deep background in managing global vendor footprints and scaling service delivery models—specifically within customer experience or trust and safety domains. High analytical proficiency is a must; you don’t just manage people, you move the needle using data. The compensation is highly competitive ($260k–$295k) for a "remote-flexible" role, though you must live within commuting distance of their NY, SF, Phoenix, or LA hubs. Whatnot is one of the fastest-growing marketplaces globally, offering significant leadership visibility and a robust benefits package that includes a 410k match, home office stipends, and even funds to "dogfood" the app. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have led large-scale BPO or vendor management strategies for a global tech platform. * Are comfortable writing SQL to pull your own insights and building dashboards in Looker or Sigma. * Thrive in "ambiguous" environments where you need to build the playbook while executing it. * Can balance high-level strategic sourcing with the operational rigor of tracking daily KPIs and SLAs.
