This role is designed for a senior people-operations leader with a strong background in I/O Psychology, Talent Science, or specialized HR consulting. You should have a proven track record of using data-driven methodologies to scale hiring processes within the tech sector. Specifically, the team is looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between behavioral science and technical execution, meaning you should be as comfortable with SQL or Python as you are with psychometric assessments and career frameworks. As a leadership position within a globally distributed, "remote-first" organization, this role offers significant autonomy and travel. You will influence the talent strategy for one of the most prominent names in open-source software.
