Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Distinguished Experience Architect to join our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions division. In this role, you will define and advance the system-level experience architecture for Agentic AI experiences, shaping how intelligence, automation, and adaptive workflows are expressed across products, platforms, and industries.
As a visionary leader and senior individual contributor, you will work at the intersection of design, product, and technology to establish conceptual frameworks, architectural models, and guiding principles that enable coherent, scalable, and trustworthy AI-driven experiences across Autodesk. You will help define how emerging agentic capabilities integrate into customer workflows and influence the future direction of intelligent product experiences.
This role is ideal for a systems thinker with deep expertise in experience architecture, conceptual modeling, and cross-organizational alignment. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, architects, and senior leaders to shape long-term direction, guide near-term decisions, and drive architectural cohesion across a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $188,000 and $337,590. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
