Summary

This role is designed for independently licensed mental health clinicians (LCSW, LPC, PsyD, etc.) who hold an active license in Washington, DC. It is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for those seeking a flexible, fully remote side hustle or a part-time clinical load within a modern, tech-forward platform. You’ll need at least three years of experience and a strong grasp of evidence-based practices like CBT or DBT. The compensation is performance-based at a rate of $80–$85 per session, including both intakes and follow-ups. While the minimum commitment is 10 hours per week, the "flex" nature of the role allows you to scale your schedule based on demand. A standout perk is the "Community of Care," which provides measurement-based care tools, clinical training, and administrative support to handle logistics like billing and scheduling. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Hold an active, independent license in DC (unsupervised) and reside in the U.S. * Are comfortable with "concurrent note-taking" during virtual sessions to maintain the 48-hour filing deadline. * Value a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with health coaches and psychiatrists. * Have availability during evenings or weekends to meet member demand.

To ensure we are adhering to best practice and ethical guidelines in the field of mental health, we take care to avoid dual relationships.
