This role is ideal for a senior-level account management professional with at least 4 years of experience in EdTech or K-12 partnerships. You should have a proven track record of managing a large portfolio (30-40 accounts) and navigating the complex procurement and budget cycles of school districts. The company values "talent density," so they are looking for high-ownership individuals who can move comfortably between high-level strategy and data-driven execution.
The compensation is competitive, ranging from $110k to $150k for a fully remote position. While you’ll work from home, expect to travel about 20-30% of the time for in-person executive reviews and conferences.
