This role is designed for a driven, mid-level sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. It is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a meritocratic environment and has a proven track record of hunting for new business, particularly within Employee Benefits (EB) or Property & Casualty sectors. You must hold or be able to maintain active Life and Health or P&C licenses to succeed here.
