# Job Description Summary
Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing product of analog design and digital design or interface for product release solutions.
# Job Description
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Designing new products and sustaining installed base of Analog and Digital (may include some Microcontrollers, CPLDs) electrical boards, circuits, components and interconnects
- Maintaining electrical design change of running products
- Change released design to apply new design for EOL/DFM/Issue resolving
- Change released design to apply update regulatory
- Ensuring reliability, performance and delivery through supplier relationships.
- Engaging in all phases of new design development : concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, verification, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
Quality Specific Goals:- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
- Electrical Circuit design
- Working Experience, < 5 years
- English Speaking: Working level
Preferred Qualifications:- Circuit design and simulation tool experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership capability in integration activities
- Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
- Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
- Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets
- Effective oral and written communication skills
