EMEA PMO Manager at MongoDB

This role is designed for a seasoned PMO leader with at least 8 years of program management experience and a minimum of 3 years in people leadership. You should have a proven track record of managing distributed teams across multiple cultures—ideally within a fast-paced tech or startup environment—and be comfortable bridging the gap between global strategy and regional EMEA execution. Located in Dublin, this position offers a hybrid working model (2–3 days in-office).
