This role is designed for an experienced insurance professional with a deep technical understanding of employee benefit lines. The ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience and a proven track record of managing both new business marketing and complex renewals. You should be a master of the "rating and quoting" process and comfortable acting as a high-level consultant for group administrators. Working out of the Jacksonville office, you will join a culture built on meritocracy that rewards self-starters. While the role is primarily office-based, it offers a refreshing blend of desk-side underwriting and face-to-face client interaction (about 10% travel).
